Dear Customer,
For all overseas shipments sent via DHL Express, please take note of the following requirements:
- Select the shipping carrier [DHL Express Packxpert] in OXM for overseas shipments.
- Ensure that all customer details (address, contact number, and postal code) are accurate.
- A valid consignee email address must be provided in OXM during shipment entry.
- The PIC is responsible for sharing the tracking number with the consignee (customer).
- The consignee must monitor the parcel status using DHL Express tracking updates.
- If the parcel status shows “On Hold”, the consignee must contact DHL Express directly at my.dhlcares@dhl.com.
