Notice to Customers – DHL Express Overseas Shipments

Dear Customer,

 

For all overseas shipments sent via DHL Express, please take note of the following requirements:

  1. Select the shipping carrier [DHL Express Packxpert] in OXM for overseas shipments.
  2. Ensure that all customer details (address, contact number, and postal code) are accurate.
  3. A valid consignee email address must be provided in OXM during shipment entry.
  4. The PIC is responsible for sharing the tracking number with the consignee (customer).
  5. The consignee must monitor the parcel status using DHL Express tracking updates.
  6. If the parcel status shows “On Hold”, the consignee must contact DHL Express directly at my.dhlcares@dhl.com.
