Inbound Process – New Compliance Rules
To ensure smoother warehouse operations and improved inventory control, the following inbound compliance rules will be implemented:
ASN Requirement (Mandatory)
All inbound shipments must have an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) created prior to arrival.
For newly purchased products, clients are required to:
Inform their assigned PIC immediately
Ensure the ASN is created before the stock is delivered to the warehouse
Stock Received Without ASN
If stock arrives before an ASN is created, the following charges will apply:
Extra Handling Charge: RM0.10 per unit
Temporary Storage Charge: RM15 per pallet per day (applicable after the first 24 hours)
Unrecognized Stock Policy
If stock remains unrecognized for more than 7 working days, and no response or clarification is received from the customer, Packxpert reserves the right to dispose of the items without further liability.
Charging Effective Date
All charges stated above will take effect from 23 February 2026.
This includes:
Extra handling charges
Temporary storage charges
If you face any issues during the process, please feel free to contact Packxpert Customer Support for assistance.
