For Normal Orders
- Orders received before 11:00 AM will be processed for same-day dispatch, subject to carrier schedules.
- Orders after 11:00 AM will be prioritized the next working day.
For Marketplace Orders
- Orders received before 3:00 PM will be processed for same-day dispatch, subject to carrier schedules.
- Orders after 3:00 PM will be prioritized the next working day.

Marketplace Drop-Off Time (Shopee/Lazada)
For Shopee orders (drop-off method):
- Cut-off time for same-day processing: 3:00 PM
- Parcels dropped off after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next day.
- Sunday is not counted as a shipment day by marketplace platforms — parcels dropped off on Saturday (after cut-off) or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Shopee Days To Ship (DTS)
Effective 16 April 2025, Days to Ship (DTS) will be revised. Refer below for further details.

Even though the Shopee cut-off time for same-day shipment is 12 PM, Packxpert's cut-off time for Shopee orders is 3 PM.
Packxpert Public Holidays (Subject to Change)
Packxpert continues operations during most public holidays with limited manpower, except on major national holidays when we are fully closed.
Full Closure on These Dates (Subject to Yearly Updates):
- New Year’s Day – 1 January
- Chinese New Year – (2 days, varies)
- Hari Raya Aidilfitri – (2 days, varies)
- Hari Raya Haji
- National Day – 31 August
- Malaysia Day – 16 September
