Customer Return Portal User Guide

All return orders are displayed in the SKU List instead of the Order List, as different SKUs within the same order may require different actions.


How to Select Action for Pending Returns

This guide explains how customers can review and take action on returned SKUs in the Return Portal.

Step 1: Log In to Return Portal

  1. Go to the Return Portal login page.

Link : https://return.packxpert.com.my/login
  1. Enter your username and password. 

  2. Click Login.

After login, you will be directed to the Packxpert Return Portal.
On your top right, it will show the number of orders that require your attention. You may click Action Now to make a decision on your return order.


You may click the [Return Orders] option from top menu to check [All Return List] and [Pending Action List].
The “All Return List” tab displays all return items. You may use the filter function at the top to search or filter specific conditions.


The “Pending Action” tab displays all return items that require your instruction.


Step 2: Go to “Pending Action” Tab

  1. From the top menu, select the Pending List tab.  Or directly click the "Pending Your Action" button from the portal.

  2. All SKUs under this tab require your action.

Step 3: Review Return Details

You may click the card to view more parcel details. Please review parcel condition and photos before selecting.

Step 4: Select Action

Under the return details page:
  1. At the right hand side of every order card or the bottom of the card details

  2. Choose one of the available options:

Available Action Options:

  • Convert to Loose & Inbound

  • Ship Back to Brand

  • Scrap

Remarks : For more options, please click the 3 dots beside.

or slect the action at the bottom of the card details.
Once the selects an action, the status will change to “Pending Packxpert”
Packxpert will execute the selected action within 48 working hours.

Step 5: Processing Timeline

  • Packxpert will process your selected action within 48 working hours.

  • Once completed, status will change to Done.

  • Inventory will be updated accordingly in WMS.



Important Policy Reminder

All parcels under the Pending List will be held for a maximum of 30 days.
If no instruction is received within 30 days, Packxpert will proceed according to the agreed return handling policy.
After 30 days:
  • For SKUs that can be converted into loose sachets, Packxpert will automatically convert them into sachets.

  • For SKUs that cannot be converted into loose sachets, Packxpert will arrange to return the items to the brand owner.
