Once an order is keyed into OXM, Packxpert processes it immediately and the carrier will pick up the parcel on the same day.
Carrier charging rules:
- Pickup = Charged → Once picked up, shipping fees apply even if the order is later cancelled.
- Return = Charged → If a parcel is returned (even if never delivered to the customer), return fees will also apply.
To avoid unnecessary costs, always ensure the customer confirms the order before submission.
Common issue: Some customers cancel their order in your own CRM and place a new one just to change certain details or payment methods, but by then Packxpert has already processed the first order, resulting in wasted shipping costs.
