This document serves as a quick reference guide for all customers. It explains commonly used short forms, logistics terms, and marketplace-related jargon frequently used in our daily fulfilment operations.


You may refer to this guide whenever you come across a short form or term that may not be immediately clear.





Abbreviation / TermMeaning
CODParcel with Cash on Delivery
Non CODParcel with no cash on delivery
RTSReturn to Sender
PODProof of Delivery – Confirmation (usually signature or photo) that a parcel was successfully delivered.
AWBAir Waybill (tracking number label)
OXMOrder & Experience Management – A system or platform used to manage and track customer orders, communications, and exceptions.
WMSWarehouse Management System – A software that tracks inventory movement within the warehouse, manages stock levels, picks/pack tasks, and improves operational efficiency.
3PLThird-Party Logistics provider
SLAService Level Agreement (expected time or quality of service)
ManifestA summary list of parcels prepared for courier pickup
Cut-Off TimeLatest time to process an order for same-day shipping
Drop-OffWhen seller or fulfilment team brings parcels to courier branch
PickupWhen courier collects parcels from warehouse
SKUStock Keeping Unit (unique product identifier)
InboundGoods coming into the warehouse (supplier to fulfilment)
OutboundGoods going out of the warehouse (to customer)
OverageExtra stock received more than expected
ShortageLess stock received than expected
MisrouteParcel sent to the wrong delivery route/location
MarketplaceE-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
Buffer StockExtra quantity kept in reserve to avoid stockouts
FragileItems that require special handling to avoid breakage
Last MileFinal stage of delivery to customer
OOSOut of stock
SOPStandard Operating Procedure – A documented process or protocol to ensure consistency in operations.
Order IDUnique identifier for each customer order. Can differ from AWB or reference number.
B2BBusiness-to-Business – Selling goods in bulk or large volume from one business to another (e.g. Pharmacy)
B2CBusiness-to-Consumer – Selling directly to end consumers. Orders are usually individual and ship via last mile couriers.
