Attention : Please ensure a new product SKU is created before the item is delivered to Packxpert warehouse.
Step 1 : Fill in SKU Template
Use the NEW SKU Template Excel file.
Fill in: Brand, Product Name, UOM, Qty, Weight/Volume.
Note: Do not fill in the System Description column – it will auto-generate the final product name.
Step 2: Provide Product Details
Kindly fill up the below product details.
The system description will be the final Product Name Product Details
Product Name:
UPC (if any):
Length (cm):
Width (cm):
Height (cm):
Weight (g):
Product life (if applicable):
Parcel sent by:
Parcel Tracking Number:
Step 3: Send Email Request
Email the Product Details and product photo.

Step 4 : Waiting for Packxpert
Packxpert team will create the SKU. A confirmation reply will be sent by email.
Timeline: 1–2 working days.
Step 5 : ASN Creation (For inbound purpose)
Once SKU is created, you may proceed to create an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) for inbound stock.
Refer to the Stock Inbound Guide for instructions.
Step 6 – Stock Confirmation
After inbound is completed by Packxpert, you will see the new item stock available with usable quantity in the system.
