OXM New Product Creation

Step 1 : Fill in SKU Template

Step 2: Provide Product Details

Step 3: Login to OXM

Step 4: Create New Product

Step 5: Create New Product

1. Select Warehouse

• Tick [Packxpert Sdn Bhd]

2. Product Name

• Paste the product name generated from the Excel template (Step 1).

3. Country

• Select the country of your product.

4. SKU

• Key in the SKU according to the SKU Creation Guideline.

  Please ensure that the SKU structure follows and remains

5. Storage Type

• Select [Standard] if the product does not require temperature control.

• Select [Temp Controlled] if the product requires temperature control.

6. UOM (Unit of Measurement)

• Select [Pieces] only.

• If your product has a UPC/EAN, key it in.

• If not, please use the SKU.

• Fill in Length × Width × Height (cm).

• Fill in Weight (kg) (not in grams).

• Enter at least RM1.

7. Stock Threshold (Optional)

• You may set a threshold. If stock falls below this number, the SKU will appear under the Low in Stock tab.

8. Batch & Expiry Management (Optional)

• Tick to enable Batch Management.

• Tick to enable Expiry Management if applicable.

• Click [Add Product].

• Your new product will then appear under the Product Tab.

Once the new SKU and product details are created, please email the following:

• SKU Code

• Product Name & Details
