Step 1: Check the Batch Information Go to OXM and look for the Batch Number for that SKU. Make sure you don’t mix up the Expiry Dates.
For example, you may see:
Feb 28, 2026 – MCS2001
Oct 10, 2026 – MC2410001

Step 2: Exported Anchanto file from Databees There’s no need to make any changes in Databees. What you need to do is edit the Anchanto file exported from Databees, and manually add a Batch Number column.
Step 3: Identify Multi-Quantity Orders Check which Order IDs have 2 or more units of the same SKU. These are the orders where you will need to specify the Batch Number.

Step 4: If Only One Batch Is Used in the Order For example, if a customer orders 4 bottles and all of them are to be shipped with the October batch (MC2410001):
In the row for
CWMCSPC015
, fill in the Batch Number column with: → MC2410001
If you're using the Feb 2026 batch, then fill in: →
MCS2001

Step 5: If the Order Needs to Be Split Across Two Batches If a single order needs to be fulfilled with two different batches, do the following:
Let’s say the order contains 4 bottles, and you want to ship:
2 bottles with batch
MCS2001
2 bottles with batch
MC2410001
Then:
Duplicate the SKU row
Row 1: SKU =
CWMCSPC015
, Quantity = 2, Batch Number =MCS2001
Row 2: SKU =
CWMCSPC015
, Quantity = 2, Batch Number =MC2410001
Step 6: Upload to OXM Once done, upload the updated file to OXM as usual.
