Step 1 : Logging into OXM dashboard
Go to Product tab and review the Unsync Product list.
Step 2: Click [View] to review the issue.
Step 3 : The SKU show in the message needs to be unmapped.
Step 4 : Download the SKU Unmapping file
Step 5 : Copy the problematic SKU from Step 3 and paste it.
Note : Paste as plain text without any formatting.
Step 6 : Select the relevant Makertplace store
Step 7 : Browse the unmapping file and click [Upload]
Step 8 : Make sure the status show [Successfully Updated!].
Step 9 : Go to configuration tab
Step 10 : Click the sync button.
Note : You will see the date updated to the latest date and time, indicating a successful sync.
Step 11 : You will see that the problematic SKU has been
Step 12 : Go to Product > Kit Products, then click on 'Create Kit Product
Step 13 : You may now proceed to create the Kit SKU.
